Situationsdarstellung Die ABC GmbH verfügt durch den bestehenden Benelux 2000 Vertrag über eine Masche Belgien-Niederlande mit den Kernstandorten Antwerpen und Arnheim. Diese Standorte sind zur Zeit durch digitale internationale Mitleitungen (dIML) mit dem Hauptstandort Bottrop (hier die Gebäude C 7 und J 650) redundant vernetzt. Aufgrund neu gewünschter Rahmenbedingungen soll das bestehende redundante Netz preislich optimiert werden. Die Vorgaben der ABC GmbH sind aus dem RFQ vom 13.07.2000 entnommen.	Background Under the existing Benelux 2000 agreement, ABC GmbH has a meshed network in Belgium and the Netherlands covering the core locations of Antwerp and Arnhem. These sites are currently networked to the main location, Bottrop (specifically Buildings C7 and J650), in a redundant structure using digital international leased lines (DILLs). As a result of fresh overall requirements, the existing redundant network is to be optimised in terms of price. ABC GmbH's requirements can be seen in the RFQ dated 13th July 2000.
Angebot Bezugnehmend auf das RFQ der ABC GmbH haben wir uns im Rahmen der Optimierung der Benelux 2000 Masche Belgien-Niederlande für drei mögliche Lösungsvarianten entschieden. Für alle drei angebotenen Varianten werden die direkten Verbindungen der Standorte nach Bottrop über die in Abbildung 1 dargestellte Führung als Access Solution produziert. Daher kann hier, entgegen den Aussagen des Benelux2000-Vertrages, eine höhere Verfügbarkeit dieser direkten Einfachanbindungen von Bottrop an die angebundenen Standorte in den Niederlande oder Belgien von 99,5 % garantiert werden.	Proposal With reference to the ABC GmbH RFQ, we have decided on three potential variants with a view to optimising the Benelux 2000 Belgium/Netherlands network. All three proposed variants include the putting in place of direct links from the locations to Bottrop as an Access solution using the routing shown in Fig. 1. As a result, contrary to statements contained in the Benelux 2000 agreement, an increased availability of 99.5% can be guaranteed for these single direct links from Bottrop to the connected locations in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Wir schlagen hierbei den Austausch des bestehenden Y-Service in einen X-Service vor. Grund sind die ausgereizte Erweiterbarkeit des Y-Service für die neuen notwendigen Schnittstellen zur Anbindung einer 34 Mbit/s Leitung. Die beiden Zuführungen innerhalb Belgiens können wir Ihnen nur als normale nationale Festverbindung nach Antwerpen geführt anbieten . Die von Ihnen geforderte Mehrwegeführung kann somit nicht garantiert werden, da wir hier auf die Unterstützung der nationalen PTT angewiesen sind. Bei der Realisierung dieser nationalen belgischen Anbindung können wir, sofern Sie hier eine bessere Möglichkeit der getrennten Wegeführung sehen, gerne über von der ABC GmbH beigestellte Zuführungen reden. Die betrieblichen Aspekte, insbesondere Entstörung und Überwachung bei zusätzlichen „externen“ Schnittstellen, sind hierbei natürlich zu berücksichtigen und in einem nachgeschalteten Gespräch zu klären.	This proposal includes the exchange of the existing Y Service for an X Service, the reason being the upgradability of the Y Service to handle the new interfaces necessary to connect to a 34 Mbps line. Both the connecting lines in Belgium can only be offered as a normal national fixed link routed to Antwerp. The multi-route routing requested by yourselves cannot be guaranteed as we are, in this instance, dependent upon the support of the domestic PTT. In providing this domestic Belgian link, we would be pleased to discuss routings provided by ABC GmbH, as this approach may offer a better means of achieving separate routings. Naturally, due account needs to be taken of operational aspects such as, in particular, fault rectification and monitoring in the case of additional "external" interfaces, and this would need to be clarified at a later meeting.
Preisübersicht Für die angebotenen Preise unserer drei Lösungen liegt unsere aktuelle Wertstellung zum Benelux 2000 zugrunde. Hierbei sind die bestehenden Positionen des Leistungsschein Teil A (Lfd.Nr., 102, 103 und 104) durch die in diesem Angebot unterbreiteten Beträge zu substituieren.	Pricing Summary The pricing proposed for our three solutions above is based upon our pricing for the current Benelux 2000 estate. The existing items in Part A of the Bill of Services (Para. No's. 102, 103 and 104) to be substituted by the amounts shown in this proposal.
Die neu entstanden Kosten für Einmalbeträge, Projektplanung aus dem Benelux 2000 (alt) und Equipment (eventuell neue Services, Schnittstellenkarten, Simux etc. ) sind ebenfalls in den neuen Angebotspreisen enthalten.	The fresh costs in respect of one-time charges, project planning from the Benelux 2000 (old) and equipment (potentially new services, interface cards, SIMUX, etc.) are also covered by the new price proposals.
Die unten genannten Preise gelten ab dem 01.11.2000 (beziehungsweise dem Zeitpunkt der Realisierung) für 17 (siebzehn) Monate oder bis zum Ende der Restlaufzeit des Benelux 2000 Vertrages am 31.03.2002.	The prices below to be effective from 1st November 2000 (or upon implementation, if different) for a period of 17 (seventeen) months or until the end of the residual term of the Benelux 2000 agreement on 31st March 2002.
Preisklausel Alle Preise dieses Angebotes verstehen sich zuzüglich der zum Zeitpunkt der Lieferung und Leistung gesetzlich gültigen Mehrwertsteuer des jeweiligen Landes.	Pricing Clause All prices contained in this proposal shall be subject to value-added tax which shall be charged at the statutory rate applicable in the respective state or country at the time of delivery of the goods or services.
Die Preise sind wie im Wertstellungsmeeting vom 13.04.2000 besprochen, in Euro ausgewiesen.	As discussed in the estate valuation meeting on 13th April 2000, the prices are shown in euros.
Der im AJK Vertrag Benelux 2000 Teil A festgelegte Paragraph 4 (Entgelt) Absatz (8) Preisanpassung, findet bei den hier vorgestellten Lösungen keine Anwendung.	Paragraph 4 (Charges) Sub-Para. 8 (Price Changes) in Part A of the AJK Benelux 2000 Agreement shall not apply to the solutions described here.
Bindefristen Die Anbieter GmbH hält sich an das vorliegende Angebot bis einschließlich 08.09.2000 gebunden.	Validity Period Anbieter GmbH hereby agrees to be bound by this proposal until 8th September 2000 (incl.).
